Sorry I haven’t updated the site in a while, I’ve been mega busy with gigs, writing new music, etc. So I’m going to do one big post to explain everything that’s been going on in regards to my life. I promise I haven’t been slacking, I’ve just been fairly flat out with everything!

I’m going to do this in point form to make it tidy and easy to digest.

1. Up The Duff: I’ve been putting together a compilation for Up Records entitled ‘Up The Duff’ and this shall be out very soon! It contains roughly thirty tracks from amazing producers from all around the world, and best of all, it will be completely free! Also, a big thanks to Funi (Simone Fougnier) for doing some amazing artwork for it!

2. Pteroplex: I’ve recently written an EP with a producer from America known as Tha Fruitbat and this EP is entitled ‘Pteroplex’ and will be out soon on Simplify Records via Addictech and Beatport. Stream the EP on soundcloud.

3. Focus: This is the new Mr. Bill album that should be out early 2012, it contains seven brand new, fresh Mr. Bill tunes plus remixes from some amazing producers such as Circuit Bent, Whitebear, Synaecide, Bran Richards (and more). Amazing artwork for this one from Gonzalo Rescalvo from Abzzolum. Previews for this album will be up soon on Mr. Bill Soundcloud!

4. The Sheppard Tone EP: This is the new two track Electrocado EP, and it should be out early 2012 also! It consists of banging electro/house and previews will be up soon on Electrocado Soundcloud!

5. North America / Mexico Tour: I’ve been networking my arse off to organise a tour around North America and Mexico for early 2012. This tour will be myself, Electrocado and Ryanosaurus (who is my partner in Electrocado) and shall cover Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Albuquerque, Montana, Texas, Arkansas, Mexico and perhaps more to be announced! Huge thanks to Terrakroma for booking us a bunch of shows!

6. New Tunes: I’ve written a bunch of new tunes and they’re (mostly) all on the Mr. Bill Soundcloud, I’ve also put a bunch of new tunes in the Hardcore Abletoneer area!

7. New Live Set: I’ve been playing a bunch of gigs lately and have essentially been playing from the same live setup for the past couple of months, so I’m taking the next week or two to put together a brand new live set for my last couple of shows in Australia and then the North America / Mexico tour!

9. New Site Theme: Along with the release of Focus will be a new site theme. Refer to the art in point 3 to get an idea of how this might look. A lot of people have been complaining about color schemes, and saying things are hard to read sometimes etc. So I plan to rectify this situation with the release of Focus and give the Mr. Bill project a new fancy look!

10. Forum Spam: This isn’t really a thing I’ve been doing, but it’s been happening, for some reason there was a glitch in the plugin that I’m using for a forum and as a result it’s been getting spammed a lot. Anyway, my boy Benbodhi (who sorts out all the technical stuff regarding this site) has been on the case and is getting closer to getting it sorted. Just for lol’s here’s a conversation he had with one of the spammers.
